Your Part in Our Mission:

The ideal candidate has experience in consumer marketing and the ability to execute on a growth plan in organic and paid media channels. You have a testing mindset and will be working to grow our subscription base both in acquisition and retention using your analytics skills to make data driven decisions. This position reports to Tinybeans’ Head of Consumer Marketing and is based in NY.


You will …

  • Execute on the acquisition strategy to grow paid subscriptions across new and existing channels
  • Work with creative to get marketing assets created that drive growth
  • Analyze tests and campaigns to ensure they are successful, generating volume and revenue
  • Plan, coordinate and execute email strategy to drive engagement
  • Optimize subscription pay rates and renewal rates by source
  • Drive ongoing optimization through comprehensive A/B testing strategy, including developing best practices playbook and communicating learnings
  • Help drive new users to our beta site to gain learnings
  • Work cross functionally with edit, product, and creative teams

You are …

  • A team player who loves collaborating with engineers and product managers, operating without ego - and having fun along the way
  • Comfortable in three key areas: research, flows/wireframing, and designing. This role does include the UI design step, but UX research and conceptualization are paramount
  • Able and happy to communicate effectively across the company, advocating for the customer in all situations

Requirements

You have …

  • 3+ years’ experience in consumer marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent business experience
  • An understanding of direct response marketing
  • Extremely detail oriented, and the ability to analyze campaign performance
  • A keen eye for creative that will drive growth
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
