Your Part in Our Mission:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Brand and Partnership Marketing with building Tinybeans brand awareness within both the B2B and B2C spaces.

Tinybeans’ goal is to be the only personalized resource trusted by parents to help them raise amazing kids. You will help us raise our profile by being in the right places with the right message to attract the attention of new users and new partners.

You are a creative and strategic thinker with excellent writing, editing and organizational skills and a keen eye for design who is ready to take an active role in elevating the brand awareness of Tinybeans. You will help facilitate brand messaging and image, press coverage, and presence at the right places with the right partners. This position is based in NY.

You will …

  • Be our brand storyteller, responsible for all B2C and B2B awareness messaging and communication

  • Work with colleagues in design,editorial and partnership marketing to create a cohesive go-to-market strategy for the Tinybeans brand

  • Lead our press strategy, including award submissions, to ensure Tinybeans is top of mind for consumers and in front of judges for relevant industry awards

  • Have experience concepting and managing tentpole programs to celebrate brand milestones and/or bring the brand to life

  • Create a plan that puts purpose behind our mission

  • Prepare and support CEO, CRO, Head of Editorial for press appearances and interviews

  • Establish and maintain the Tinybeans standard of excellence and brand ethos in everything we do and everywhere we are from email signatures to social media pages to branded swag to actual events

  • Align with audience development to identify strategic partnerships/first-to-market opportunities to drive increases in both audience and brand awareness

  • Understand the competitive landscape of photo sharing and digital content parenting brands to position Tinybeans in the most relevant and attractive way possible

  • Remain on top of parenting and digital media trends to inform and evolve our go-to-market positioning

You must have …

  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in brand marketing at a premium digital media company or direct-to-consumer brand for parents

  • Experience with brand development, B2B and B2C brand messaging, press releases/outreach, award submissions, premium creation

  • An understanding of PR and high degree of comfort with press outreach

  • Experience with experiential and mission-driven initiatives a plus

  • Great communication skills and the ability to interact with C-level executives and clients, alike

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent business experience

  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
