Your Part in Our Mission:

Working closely with our Head of National Sales, the Northeast Digital Advertising Account Executive will be responsible for leading digital advertising sales for our Northeast region including NYC, Boston, Northern NJ, and Rhode Island, and scaling revenue across Prenatal/Baby, CPG, Toy, and Entertainment advertisers. This is a remote position with the expectation of face to face meetings with clients in the Northeast region.

You are a digitally-led strategic seller, who is passionate about working with key decision-makers at brands and agencies to grow businesses. You are goal-oriented and resourceful, making strategic decisions to drive the sales pipeline and drive conversion to successfully deliver on the goals.

Your passion for sales will be the driving force for your success, and you are able to build trust quickly with both internal and external stakeholders. You know Salesforce and you are skilled at managing all stages of the sales pipeline process. You understand that strong inputs are the key to a strong output.

You’re adept at generating new business through outbound and inbound channels, and you are a master at selling both brand advertising solutions and programmatic. You understand that speed matters, and quality control does, too.

You are insights-led, leading with developing consultative relationships with clients, and you are able to tell a powerful story around audience and brand alignment. You are comfortable using tools and research that are at your disposal to find the hook that will close a deal.

You will…

  • Champion and embody the Tinybeans culture, mission, and values of entrepreneurship, ownership, and growth

  • Develop and lead the region’s sales strategy and execution of that strategy, and advance the annual revenue goals for your region

  • Own relationships directly with brands, and agency decision makers

  • Measure the success and impact of leads, pipeline and sales metrics with clearly defined goals and measurable metrics

  • Identify key market and category trends and translate them into potential business opportunities and solutions. Must have a deep understanding of competitive offerings in the market and anticipate trends

  • Evangelize products with customers and internal stakeholders

You have/are…

  • 5+ years of owning key accounts and exceeding quota attainment

  • Passion to serve the parenting category and be an industry thought leader in the space

  • The Ability to write your own proposals, build decks, and get into the nitty gritty of creating a media plan

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent business experience
