Your Part in Our Mission:
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented and organized. They will be responsible for partnering with the sales team and their clients to offer best-in-class support across the full sales cycle (media planning, campaign management, wrap report) across all Tinybeans campaigns.
Tinybeans’ partner goal is to “be the bestest partner for brands that target families by being their favorite playmate because we seek to understand their needs and we offer them their most creative and effective solutions”. You will help us be that best in class partner to our clients, and in turn drive revenue, both new and renewal.
You are a strategic thinker with excellent communication and customer service skills (both internal and external) and someone who is ready to take an active role in ensuring advertising campaigns meet client expectations. You will support members of the sales team on media plans for rfps and be the lead on campaign management from kick-off call through asset collection/approvals to wrap deck.

You must have...
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent business experience
Minimum 1-2 years experience in digital media (planning or campaign management at a digital publisher or agency)
Understanding of traditional and interactive digital media planning elements
Great communication skills and client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through unexpected challenges
Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
Excellent project management skills
Storytelling and writing skills a plus
Ability to advise partners on best practices and areas of opportunity
Excited by a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google solutions
Experience with SalesForce, DFP and Tableau is a plus
