How you'll help us achieve it

Digital advertising at Tinybeans isn’t quite like others—it’s a place where you will be able to do your best work, with a product that touches people’s lives in so many ways, and a team cheering for your success!

As a member of the brand revenue team, you will connect global brands and their products with parents and families, at exactly the right time for their child. Success will not only come from solid digital media experience, but also from a deep understanding of brand storytelling and an extensive network of connections.

Requirements

You will...

  • Be a senior member of the brand team, reporting to the Head of Brand Revenue

  • Work with as much independence and autonomy as you prefer and can handle

  • Deliver on individual brand partnership KPIs including meetings, proposals, and revenue

  • Generate sales activities and pipeline that grow existing and new business

  • Develop partner solutions that clearly achieve client objectives while staying true to the Tinybeans brand and audience

  • Cultivate relationships with agency and client contacts

  • Help to identify market opportunities to engage the client base and build brand awareness within the advertising community

You might be a good fit if you...

  • Have strong understanding of advertising, media and tech industries

  • 3+ years of media sales experience with a proven track record of success (digital/mobile a plus)

  • Are able to develop strategic partnerships with clients that deliver on KPIs of success 

  • Have established client/agency relationships; CPG and/or child-related products a plus

  • Are intellectually curious, creative in the way you go about tackling problems, and embrace failure as a means to spark innovation and growth.

  • Live by and champion our core attitudes: bold, innovative, driven, and playful.

Bonus points if you...

  • Have worked in a startup environment before and understand the efficiency of having a lean team

  • Are familiar with the CPG and parenting industry
