Your Part in Our Mission:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Partnership Marketing, CRO and the sales team with insights-based storytelling to help Tinybeans claim the microphone as the parenting expert. You will help craft the Tinybeans story for the brand as well as individual categories ranging from travel to baby to toys.

Tinybeans’ partner goal is to “be the bestest partner for brands that target families by being their favorite playmate because we seek to understand their needs and we offer them their most creative and effective solutions”. You will help us be that best in class partner to our clients, and in turn drive revenue.

You are both an analytical and creative thinker who can weave data into a compelling narrative that goes beyond research. You have an eye for visually representing data and insights in a way that is easy to understand and are able to present results in an engaging way that leaves the audience wanting more. You will create the presentations that position Tinybeans to get the meeting, win the business, and be seen as a consultative partner for the biggest and best brands looking to reach parents. This position is fully remote with the ability to travel to clients as needed.

What’ You’ll Be Doing…

  • Be a go-to resource for bringing the Tinybeans brand to life for initial client meetings (Tinybeans general + category presentations), proposal support (target audience research) and as a thoughtleader in the parenting space (insights presentations)
  • Partner with Head of Partnership Marketing and CRO on quarterly insights studies to keep Tinybeans on the pulse of parenting for partners looking to reach Millennial and rising Gen Z parents
  • Participate in ideation and brainstorms for custom research solutions to deliver a methodology + output that meets client needs and budget
  • Manage the full research process from questionnaire development to final report (including presenting!)
  • Remain up-to-date on trends across parenting, generational differences, and media sales landscape to inform new sales strategies + content opportunities
  • Work with the media research + insights manager to always have the best syndicated research story ready to go
  • Support sellers on client/agency calls as needed

Requirements

This is a dream job, if you’re the right person for it…

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in brand storytelling/presentations, research + insights supporting advertising sales

  • Ability to create compelling presentations that tell the story of the Tinybeans brand in an effective and engaging way, positioning the platform as a must-buy

  • You love ideating and identifying new, creative ways to articulate the brand through data and insights, finding white space opportunities along the way

  • Well versed in end-to-end research process from questionnaire development to final report, inclusive of presenting across multiple forms of quantitative and qualitative methodologies

  • High level of comfort with advertising clients during research read-outs and insights presentations, acting as the “expert in the room” for TInybeans Insights Lab

  • Know the ins and out of syndicated, first party and second party digital research sources

  • Experience with Survey Monkey (programming, skip logic, filtering)

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent business experience

  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
