Your Part in Our Mission:

The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day email production. Your role is to reach customers through email campaigns and inform them about new products, events, and content.

They will perform end-to-end email campaign production including building out newsletters through Workflow, personalized emails in HTML, setting-up/editing multiple programs within a deployment, execute A/B tests in e-blasts and conducting pre-deployment checks. Make updates as needed, to copy and URL links in transactional and marketing workflow emails.

Work with the sales team to make sure all sold advertisements for newsletter placements (sponsorships, etc.) are done correctly and to the clients satisfaction.

Participate in Email Creative review meetings to ensure that email copy and design meet template specs and will render well across inbox providers and devices. Keep informed of changes and advise team when the email template or guidelines need to be adjusted.

Applying critical thinking skills to identify and mitigate potential issues to avoid negative impacts to our customers, internal clients and Brand. Remain extremely focused on detail while managing multiple email campaigns simultaneously.

You will …

  • Be hands-on in email production including HTML coding, automated customer journeys, A/B testing, segmentation and audience queries.
  • Have very strong attention to detail, well organized and able to prioritize amongst numerous projects and tasks.
  • Implement direct email marketing campaigns across Tinybeans and Red Tricycle.
  • Manage and organize email calendars across the organization and departments ensuring a good user experience and reduce churn.
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Efficient with time management
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Analyzing and suggesting optimization to help drive KPIs through email
  • A friendly personality with excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments and teams

Requirements

You must have …

  • 1-3 Years experience with email
