We’re looking for a strategist, ideator, and marketer in new media and technology with hands-on expertise in B2C marketing.

You Will:

  • Grow and scale the brand from being a startup company to becoming a recognized global brand

  • Plan and execute on digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM/ASO, email, social media and display advertising

  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and provide feedback to improve and grow followers, engagement and fans

  • Lead and execute all Brand Marketing efforts across all channels including brand development, content marketing, social media, PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, advertising, experiential marketing and other events

  • Craft a marketing strategy that results in significant increase of brand awareness globally

  • Develop and execute innovative, out-of-the-box brand building activations to build awareness, brand equity and drive user growth

  • Secure press coverage for Tinybeans in consumer, tech and business outlets

You have:

  • Substantial growth marketing experience in a startup with proven success  

  • Strong experience (6+ years) in consumer marketing (B2C marketing)

  • Know the US consumer and have experience with success stories in marketing to millennials

  • Impressive track record to “sell digital” to consumers with clearly defined strategies

  • A proven track record in consumer marketing that drives customer acquisition, including brand marketing, collateral creation, email marketing, and market research

  • Experience in a startup and wearing multiple hats, be passionate about making an impact

  • Creativity around brand building that grows brand awareness without a huge budget

  • Detail and results oriented, should drive both strategy and execution

  • Experience in marketing to parents and families
