Grow and scale the brand from being a startup company to becoming a recognized global brand
Plan and execute on digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM/ASO, email, social media and display advertising
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and provide feedback to improve and grow followers, engagement and fans
Lead and execute all Brand Marketing efforts across all channels including brand development, content marketing, social media, PR, influencer marketing, partnerships, advertising, experiential marketing and other events
Craft a marketing strategy that results in significant increase of brand awareness globally
Develop and execute innovative, out-of-the-box brand building activations to build awareness, brand equity and drive user growth
Secure press coverage for Tinybeans in consumer, tech and business outlets
Substantial growth marketing experience in a startup with proven success
Strong experience (6+ years) in consumer marketing (B2C marketing)
Know the US consumer and have experience with success stories in marketing to millennials
Impressive track record to “sell digital” to consumers with clearly defined strategies
A proven track record in consumer marketing that drives customer acquisition, including brand marketing, collateral creation, email marketing, and market research
Experience in a startup and wearing multiple hats, be passionate about making an impact
Creativity around brand building that grows brand awareness without a huge budget
Detail and results oriented, should drive both strategy and execution
Experience in marketing to parents and families
