Your Part in Our Mission:

The Media Analyst role here at Tinybeans is for the well-rounded researcher and analyst who has a knack for being able to find the best story.

Do you appreciate the importance of research/interview/questionnaire wordings as well as statistical sampling? Do you geek out on resulting data and gleefully slice and dice, to uncover as many insights as possible? If you don’t know something, is your reflexive response “let me google this”? Are you wary of any data that you didn’t collect, or doesn’t come with documentation? If the answer is yes to all of the above, then we’d love to chat with you!

You will …

  • Report to the Head of Data & Insights and be primarily responsible for supporting our advertising sales team
  • Design and conduct primary research; using appropriate methods (qualitative or quantitative) to collect data and insights pertaining to media campaigns effectiveness.
  • Analyze and synthesize findings from primary data sources (internal research and 1st party behavioral data), and where appropriate secondary sources ( internet based semi- and public data).
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations for advertising clients.
  • Regularly monitor syndicated research on multiple platforms to provide analysis of where our strengths are in segments of the competitive landscape.

You Must Have...

  • 2-3 years of digital advertising or research analytics experience.
  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Comscore, Nielsen a plus
  • Strong storytelling & data visualization skills.
    Bonus Traits:

  • Intermediate skills in SQL
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio
