Your Part in Our Mission:

Working closely with the Head of National Sales and based in Chicago, you’ll be a mission-critical part of our company’s success, helping us develop deeper relationships with our current partners and, importantly, growing new ones.

You are a passionate, proactive, and tech-savvy strategic seller, with a proven track record in digital advertising sales. You are goal-oriented and resourceful, and you thrive on driving new business. You operate well in an entrepreneurial culture and remote office. Your lead style in developing relationships with your clients is consultative and you are creative in the way you help them accomplish their goals. Your intellectual curiosity is one of the reasons you love the digital advertising industry--you embrace the speed of change and enjoy bringing your clients new solutions.
How You Can Make an Impact:

  • Operate as an engaged member of the sales team, reporting to the Head of National Sales

  • Deliver on all sales KPIs including meeting/outreach activity, proposals, and revenue

  • Grow existing accounts and drive rapid expansion of the new business funnel

  • Develop strong performance-based partnerships with both agencies and clients that clearly achieve client objectives

  • Identify market opportunities to engage the client base and build brand awareness within the advertising community

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of digital media sales experience required with a proven track record of success in the Chicago/Midwestern territory (includes national accounts in IL, IN, OH, MI, MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, MO and AR)
  • Established client relationships and experience in the categories of CPG/Food, Retail, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, and other industries that target parents
  • Experience selling digital display media and branded content; social, influencer, email/newsletter, programmatic media a plus

  • This is a remote position based in Chicago. You are expected to engage in face-to-face meetings with clients throughout your territory when the time is right.
