Your Part in Our Mission:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Director, Partnership Marketing Solutions by ideating compelling custom content and sponsorship ideas for advertising clients, and creating presentations, proposals, one sheets, and other sales marketing materials to help position Tinybeans effectively in the ad sales landscape. The Marketing Coordinator will also support the entire Partnership Marketing Creative team with additional tasks as needed.

Tinybeans’ partner goal is to “be the bestest partner for brands that target families by being their favorite playmate because we seek to understand their needs and we offer them their most creative and effective solutions”. You will help us be that best in class partner to our clients, and in turn drive revenue.

You are a creative thinker with excellent writing and organizational skills who possesses a keen eye for design and is ready to learn within a rapidly growing sales organization and company. You have a can-do attitude and a willingness to support the team across diverse tasks and functions. You can juggle multiple projects at once, and have an ability to prioritize projects moving under fast deadlines. This position is based in New York.

You will …

  • Contribute to the partnership marketing team on proposals and program development by tapping into your writing and design skills
  • Participate in ideation and brainstorms for custom marketing solutions (RFP’s, meeting decks, etc.)
  • Support the partnership marketing team in creation/execution of campaign elements including custom content, video production, influencer recruitment, sampling, experiential, etc.
  • Create and manage Partnership Marketing team trackers, ensuring information is kept up-to-date and accurate
  • Manage creation of post campaign case studies highlighting key successes and campaign findings
  • Assist in planning, logistics and on-site support for client and team entertaining/events
  • Uphold our standard of excellence and brand guidelines across all creative elements

You must have …

  • 1-2 years experience in media, advertising or marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent business experience
  • Strong writing skills and eye for design
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
