Your Part in Our Mission:

Tinybeans is growing. We are on our way to becoming the go-to resource for all things parenting, and we are building out our subscription business. We are looking for a performance expert to join the Consumer Marketing team and help us build our business both through paid media and organically through referrals. This person will serve as a thought leader in the implementation of marketing initiatives, diligently applying and improving upon best practices for media strategy, creative and measurement to deliver meaningful impact for Tinybeans. They will own media buying and stewardship of Consumer Marketing initiatives from campaign strategy, execution, optimization, to measurement and reporting, with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, data-driven professionals who can thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for leveraging data to understand scalable drivers of impact. They will have experience implementing strategic marketing strategies, solving complex problems through technical and analytical excellence, and project managing multiple streams of work. They will also have a deep understanding of the paid media landscape, and a testing mindset for our referral program. This position will report to the Head of Consumer Marketing.

You will …

  • Lead the setup and execution of successful marketing campaigns for paid media, owning all aspects of campaign set up, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability

  • Partner closely with internal teams such as Product, Data Insights and Creative to help relaunch our Referral program.

  • Test and learn -- this team member will identify testing opportunities and develop testing roadmaps for Consumer Marketing to scale efficiently.

  • This role will involve both innovation and implementation skillsets. Tactical and campaign execution expertise will be valued greatly.

  • Measure performance and outcomes of messages in market and tracking communications performance to inform future decisions and investments. 

  • Motivate and mentor one team member, identifying strengths, and matching them to opportunities to drive for impact

  • Own resolution of technical challenges, by collaborating with internal product/engineering teams

  • Stay abreast of trends and innovations across paid media and potentially expand the scope of marketing efforts

You must have …

  • 5+ years experience in digital media

  • Experience with Facebook, IG and other digital advertising platforms, having crafted media solutions that drive positive outcomes

  • Experience building relationships with cross-functional groups and influencing outcomes across multiple levels of management, teams and disciplines

  • Experience with A/B testing and marketing effectiveness measurement methodologies and technologies

  • Experience growing user base and optimizing user conversion funnels with a deep understanding of direct response and brand marketing

  • Communication, organization and project management experience

  • Strong understanding of mobile creative best practices
