We are looking for a passionate, bright, caring, playful, and humble rising star that will help us grow and expand and we will help you do the same. You have a deep understanding of human nature, lack of judgment, and able to process information quickly and execute efficiently. Your mission is to help us find incredibly talented and successful people that will contribute to our business growth and be a great fit for our culture. 


You will:

  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from qualifying potential candidates to assisting with final offer negotiations
  • Participate in compensation surveys, perform survey job matching, and conduct ad-hoc benchmarking and market research as needed
  • Assist with the onboarding process
  • Post job openings on multiple platforms and job boards
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates
  • Actively source candidates and build talent pipeline through Linkedin Recruiter
  • Assist with basic administration tasks

  • Have at least 1 year of recruiting experience
