This position will report to the Director Brand and User Experience. Tinybeans HQ is located in NYC, however remote applicants within the US are encouraged to apply. Must have an online portfolio for your application to be considered.

Your Part In Our Mission...

 As our Senior Brand Designer you will wear many hats. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the creation of compelling communications across all marketing and brand touchpoints including social, email, landing pages, presentations and physical collateral. This role will field requests from sales, product, and brand marketing teams to develop consistent visual branding/identity across programs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused and collaborative problem solver that values results as much as they value best-in-class design.

Requirements

You Must Have Experience In...

  • Owning a brand’s visual identity and ensuring design is carried out expertly, creatively, and at the highest quality across all touchpoints

  • Designing for brand marketing campaigns: banners, web landing pages, etc.

  • Designing for product launches: web and app pop ups, emails, etc.

  • Designing for multiple email journeys: editorial, product, sales, brand, etc.

  • Designing for brand and company needs: presentations, swag, etc.

  • Designing for social: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms

  • Supporting development of brand content: photo and video shoots, stock photo sourcing etc.

  • Understanding accessibility and best practices across platforms

  • Working within a design system and knowing when to experiment outside the brand guides

  • Initiating and drawing from research and data to inform design decisions

  • Communicating ideas and design rationale both verbally and visually

  • Managing and communicating up, and across cross-functional teams

  • Prioritizing, managing, taking responsibility, and completing multiple projects within time constraints

  • Using the following tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, JIRA or similar project management tools, Leanplum or similar email creation platforms. Bonus: AfterEffects, Figma, user testing tools, and data tools
